This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Nevon Digital, operated by Nevon Solutions Private Limited, India.

We aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all return and refund requests.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both:

A. Defective or Damaged Products

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is received damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect

Such requests must be raised within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories and documentation

  • Accompanied by invoice copy


B. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)

We also accept returns for non-defective products within 20 days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Product must not show signs of installation or damage

For non-defective returns, Nevon Digital reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the refund.


2. Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 20-day return window, subject to product availability and inspection.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Images (if defective/damaged)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns may be processed:

  • In-store (if applicable), or

  • Via courier pickup as instructed

Return shipping instructions will be shared during approval.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • A return shipping label will be provided free of charge upon approval.

  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee

  • Return shipping is provided free of charge for eligible returns within India during the 20-day return window.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on banking provider


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized LED display solutions

  • Installed or commissioned products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Software licenses or digital products

Such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
